Dr. Phillip Hendrix received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Iowa school of Dentistry in 1998 & has been practicing in the Mesa/Chandler area since 1999. Following dental school Dr. Hendrix completed a one year internship at the Kino Community Hospital in Tucson, Arizona where he acquired extensive emergency & special care experience. Immediately following his internship Dr. Hendrix began practicing dentistry at Coronado dental service, inc., a mobile dental service providing care to geriatric & special needs patients. Although Dr. Hendrix is happy to assist those in the mobile unit, his passion is in the field of implant & restorative dentistry. Since March of 2006 Dr.Hendrix has been utilizing his experience in restorative dentistry along with his diverse background at the office of Dr. Anthony Kohler.

Dr. Anthony Kohler received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 1986 & has been practicing in the Tempe/Chandler area since that time. Since 1990 Dr. Kohler has had extensive training in Orthodontics & is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry & the International Association for Orthodontics. He is also a Premier Provider for Invisalign. When he is not busy with continuing education or working chair side, you may find Dr. Kohler indulging in his hobbies of working out at the gym, ATV riding or spending time with his wife Michelle & two children Nicole & Karl.
